This functional training center isn’t just about robustness – it’s about intelligence too. It comes fully equipped with Prism’s SMART products, each featuring self-guided exercises printed directly on them. This makes the Center a perfect solution for both supervised and unsupervised workouts.

This comprehensive package includes seven medicine balls, three stability balls, four recovery rollers, six mats, two cables with handles, three suspension trainers, four strength bands, two jump ropes, one ab core wheel with mat, and a 30-foot conditioning rope. This wide variety ensures a well-rounded and diverse training experience.

Designed for flexibility and optimal space utilization, the Smart Functional Training Center fits comfortably even in rooms with low ceilings. Each bay boasts a 48″ width, taking a six-foot active footprint. An optional shelf is available, adding to its storage capability. In addition, a Corner Installation Kit is available, which enables the splitting of FTC sections among adjacent walls.
