The Pro2 has now evolved into a one stop training aid and can be used by beginners or professional athletes, no matter what your training style. The new upgrades include: Knurled rotational handle grips, easing tension on the wrists during workouts. 180-degree adjustable handle mechanism that allows you to work out in front, inside and outside the 360 degree moving arms, that provide pinpoint muscle isolation, with a flow and feel like nothing you have trained on before. The QT Pro2 also has a very small footprint, taking up little space when placed, but packing massive functionality, covering every muscle group and capable of more than 200 exercises.
