Compatible with all Monster Lite racks, Rogue’s heavy-duty 24″ Safety Spotter Arms are designed to protect both the weightlifter and the bar itself.
When adding spotter arms to an existing rack, dependability is always the optimum word– particularly for athletes training alone in a home gym or garage gym.
This is why Rogue manufactures its Monster Lite Spotter Arms from 3×3″ 11-Gauge Steel tubing, with welded-on end-plates for additional safety and specially designed hitch-pins to lock the spotters in place. The arms feature a UHMW plastic insert on top to protect the knurling of your bars.
Like all products in the Monster Lite line, these spotters feature 5/8 holes and a 5/8″ pin, rather than the 1″ varieties of the standard Monster Spotter Arms.
