Perfect for your home gym, the Spud Inc. Econo Triceps and Lat Pulley System can be used for dozens of exercises targeting your triceps, back and abs. Get all the range of motion of a lat pulldown machine or tricep cable stand without breaking the bank or taking up valuable space in your garage.

Inexpensive with an extremely small footprint, the Econo Triceps and Lat Pulley System attaches to any 6-7 rack (extensions are available for taller racks) and can be easily tucked away when not in use. Tested for a maximum weight capacity of 550 lbs and built from durable woven nylon.

The Econo Triceps and Lat Pulley System comes with one 18 loading strap pin, one short triceps/ab strap and one single swivel pulley with 2 3/8 spring clips.

The Econo Low Pulley System attaches to the Econo Tricep and Lat Pulley System on any 6-7 rack and can be easily tucked away when not in use. Tested for a maximum weight capacity of 550 lbs and built from durable woven nylon.

The Econo Low Pulley System comes with a 63 nylon coated cable, one deluxe hamstinger, one stump strap handle and one swivel pulley with 2 3/8 spring clips.

NOTE: The Low Pulley option is not a standalone product. The Econo Low Pulley System is designed only for use with the Econo Triceps and Lat Pulley System.
