- Our 5 lb set comes with (10) x 0.5 lb removable weights and each Ankle Weight can be loaded with up to 5 Removable Weights, i.e. 2.5 lbs each Ankle Weight.
- Our 10 lb set comes with (10) x 1 lb removable weights and each Ankle Weight can be loaded with up to 5 Removable Weights, i.e. 5 lbs each Ankle Weight.

It is fast and easy to add or remove weight from our 5, 10, and 20 lb sets of Ankle Weights. They can be adjusted to include up to 5 Removable Weights per sleeve: our 5 lb set includes 10 x 0.5 Removable Weights; our 10 lb set includes 10 x 1 lb Removable Weights; and our 20 lb set includes 10 x 2 lb Removable Weights.
