We dont want to help you too much. That would take all the fun away! That being said, the board has a strong non-slip surface on top and grip tape on the underside to help you stay on the board and the board stay connected to the roller while you keep it balanced.

Adaptable for ALL Levels

Too intimidated to try standing right away? Start off in the plank position with your forearms on the board. Still too scary? Lower your knees and try a modified plank. All this sound too easy? Try completing a squat while balanced! There are endless challenges.

Strong Build
