The Deltoid and Shoulder Press Machine is designed to isolate deltoid muscles and build strong, defined upper back and shoulder muscles. Featuring independent arm movements, the shoulder press features (2) sets of hand grips, and a spring-loaded raised lockout. While used as a deltoid machine the features include (2) pivoting handles with 10-inch forearm pads to focus on deltoid development. This unique machine features shoulder press sealed bearings, four plate-loaded weight sleeves, and an adjustable seat to fit athletes of all sizes.
