Titan Wall-Mounted Peg Board

The Wall-Mounted Peg Board is the perfect challenge for athletes looking to improve their upper body strength in a new and dynamic way. This is a popular tool for strength training commonly used in training for rock climbing, gymnastics, MMA, and more. Titan’s design includes 17 staggered holes along the 4-foot birch wood board, with 4-mounting holes (mounting hardware included) spaced 30-inches apart and 9.5-inches across. The board’s thickness is 1.5-inches and includes 2-easy-grip hardwood dowel rods measuring at 6.5-inches in length and a 1.175-in diameter.

UPPER BODY WORKOUT: By training with a peg board, you will be able to improve your performance climbing, but you will also be able to progress your lifts. By performing a variety of pull-up style movements, you will be able to build your lats, traps, shoulders, chest, and core.

MOUNTING OPTIONS: The peg board can be mounted in horizontal or vertical orientation. Titan recommends securing firmly to a wall that can support the peg board as well as the weight added from the athlete.

EASY INSTALLATION: The peg board has (4) pre-drilled mounting holes that are spaced 30-in apart and 9.5-in across making the installation of our board easy between 4 wall studs.

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Made out of durable and sturdy birch wood with the Titan Fitness logo burned into the board. This fine-grained board does not come with a polyurethane finish.
