The AB40 adjustable heavy duty benchcan be adjusted from decline, to flat and through to a full inclineoffering a wide range of exercises.

Fitted with transport wheels so you can easily move the bench around the room or in and out of any squat rack.

The design makes it really easy to adjust the backrest and seat to multiple different angles.
