• AdjustablePositions
  Intelligentlyengineered and easy to adjust with multi-angle positions setting of the shoulder pads. Adjustable start height to accommodate users of varying height.

• Extra Large Non Slip Footplate
  The textured, non slip foot plate hasbeen designed with extra wide angled section for deep squats and a flat section with a tapered edge for calf press.

• Precision Engineered Weight Stacks
  This machine comes standard with a 113kg weight stack. The weight platesare fitted with clearly visible weight stickers. Each plate is fitted with premium grade nylon bushings for reduced friction on the guide rods.

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame
  The frame has been engineered using premium grade 3mm steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.

• Upholstery & Padding
  Adjustableshoulder padpad to accommodate user height and comfort preferences. Paddinghas been ergonomically designed and manufactured using high quality, thick foam padding and finished off with high grade, fully stitched upholstery for maximum comfort and longevity.

• High Grade Pulleys
  High grade pulleysthat have been engineered to reducedrag on the cables, ensuring an ultra-smooth motion. They use a deep groove design to prevent cablesslipping off the pulleys during use.

• Aircraft Grade Cables
  All of the machines in theHarvardDual range have been fitted with U.S. manufactured aircraft grade cables that have been tested to withstand in excess of 2000Lb (880kg) load.

• Water Bottle Holder
  The frame is fitted with a water bottle holder that can also be usedto store a phone or keys during training.
