This Plate Loaded Bicep Curlhas been engineered to provide the ideal movement trajectory, workload distribution and reduce stress on the spine and joints.

It’s fitted with an extra-long weightplate peg on the side, that can take several plates, providing users with many weight plate loading options depending on their fitness level.

The design has been meticulouslythought out to ensure the paddedseat, arm pad and handles, are all at the best working angles for maximum result and comfort.

The extra wide arm pad can facilitate both neutral and wide grip curls.
