The MH30 Half Rack has been engineered for use in all commercial training environments. Manufactured from thick, heavy gauge 75mm x 75mm box steel tubing and finished in premium-grade scratch-resistant powder coating, this rack is designed to perform and built to last.

It comes fully equipped with an adjustable multi-grip chin-up bar, spotter arms, Olympic barbell holder, weight plate storage pegs, and a landmine attachment, offering outstanding functionality in a compact footprint.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame
  The frame has been engineered using premium-grade 75mm x 75mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel and coated with a scratch-resistant powder coating that not only looks great but provides long-lasting protection against wear and tear.

• Laser Cut Holes and Numbers
  Many manufacturers use cheap punch presses that deform steel and leave sharp edges. The MH30 uses precision laser-cut holes, ensuring smooth edges and perfect alignment.
  Uprights feature 26mm diameter holes on all four sides, allowing for J-Hooks, Spotter Arms, Dip Handles, and other attachments.
  Laser-cut numbering on the uprights allows for quick, accurate height adjustments.

• J Hooks
  Fully adjustable J-Hooks are lined with nylon inserts to prevent scratching and protect both your barbells and the J-Hooks during re-racking.

• Spotter Arms
  Extra-long, fully adjustable Spotter Arms are included, also fitted with protective nylon inserts to protect your bars and reduce noise.

• Weight Plate Storage Pegs
  Includes 8 weight plate storage pegs, designed to hold full-sized bumper plates or rubber-coated Olympic plates, spaced for easy access and organization.

• Rated for Light Commercial Use
  Suitable for use in all gyms personal training studios, corporate gyms, schools, hotel fitness centres, and other similar light commercial training facilities.

• Adjustable Height Pull-Up Bar
  The chin-up bar supports multiple grip widthsclose, medium, and wideand can be set at various heights during assembly to suit different user heights or ceiling clearances.

• Optional Power Band Pegs
  Laser-cut holes at the base of the rack allow for the addition of Power Band Pegs (sold separately) to enable resistance band training for exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and rows.

• Optional Dip Handle
  The MH30 is compatible with the Competition Series Dip Handle (sold separately), expanding the number of exercises you can perform on the rack.
