The PL30 squat rack has been engineered with75mm x 75mm heavy gauge steel uprights.

  The frame has been engineered using premium grade steel and coated with scratch resistant powder coating, that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.

• Laser CutComponents
  Laser cutting the holes and components requires precision engineering and provides the ultimate finish during the manufacturing process. Most manufactures use a hole punch machine, to punch holes on the uprights and other parts of squat racks, which is a very cheap, low qualitymethod of manufacturing. Thiscauses the steel to bend inwards and leaves shards of metal still attached to holes on the uprights. Not only is it an inferior method but more concerning is that it isquite dangerous, as users can cut their hands when changing positions on J hooks and Spotter Arms.
