The R20 multi-station gym is the more compact version of the R40. The major difference between the R20 and the R40 is that it doesn’t come with the Leg Press attachment. It was also developed from years of research and development to create the ultimate high quality multi gym that will enable you to train your whole body, all on one piece of equipment.

With over 80 exercise options this machine enables users to perform all key strength training exercises as well as Functional Training, Targeted Core and Ab Workouts and Rehabilitation exercises.

EXERCISEOPTIONS

• Chest Press and Seated Row –Engineered with adjustable press and row arms to accommodate users of varying height and arm length.
  Thisstation of the multi gym provides users with a range of exercises including Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Incline Press,Ab Crunch and Mid Row.
  Seat andbackrest areadjustable and the back rest tilts, providing back support during a range of exercises such as incline press and shoulder press.
• Cable Stationwith adjustable arms– 180 degree rotating cable arms provide users of all fitness levels even greater variety and a more targeted workout to train specific muscle groups with the feeling and benefits of free weight and cable training.
  This provides a large range of exerecises as using the cable systemmimics training with dumbbells.
• Low Pulley Station –This section comes fitted with afoot plate for Low Cable Seated Rows and can also be used for Abductor and Adductor Leg Kicks, StandingBicep Curls, Upright R and much more.
• High Pulley Station– This station comes with a Lat Pulldown Bar for use during Lat pull Downs, Ab Crunch and Tricep Push Downs.
• Leg Extension and Curl Station– Provides users with a Seated Leg Extension where the seat height is fully adjustable. Standing Leg Curls can also be performed while facing the machine.

Comessupplied with several attachments. Lat pulldown bar that allows users to perform close grip and wide grip pulldowns.
Single D handles that attach to the cable arms for multi exercise options such as Pec Flys, Cable Shoulder Press, Cable Chest Press and many more exercises.
It’s also supplied with aseated row bar that can be used for rows and bicep curls but also attached to the lat pulldown cable for tricep pushdowns.
