Designed with 2 prongs that insert into 2 plates for even greater stability. They are engineered for the Titanium USA Platinum Series cable machines.
This is very beneficial for functional trainers that have a 2:1 cable ratio.
A 2:1 ratio is desired for the majority of cable exercises, however if you intend to do movements that require more weight, such as a lat pulldown or seated row, then a 100kg weight stack at 2:1 ratio will give you just 50kg, which for many users may not be sufficient. This is when you add the Titanium USA Weight Stack Horn.
