TKO Cardio Pump / Step Kit

TKO’s Cardio Pump / Step Kit introduces a perfect way to combine cardio and strength training at home. The kit includes 1 30mm diameter x 55″ L steel bar covered with a comfortable foam grip, 2 x 10 lb., 2 x 5 lb. and 2 x 2.5 lb. Urethane coated plates, along with a pair of quick collars and the TKO Fitness Step that comes with one platform and four risers.
