Used with armor plates or weighted plates for fitness, this vest is constructed with premium nylon material that holds up to sweat and dirt, extreme training, and intense workouts.Oversized airflow panels provide a breathable, contoured fit. Padded yoke back shoulder pads give a perfectly even weight distribution. Adjustable waist straps and tensional bands provide a snug but unrestrictive fit, giving you free range of motion whiletraining.

Insert weight plates to add an extra level of intensity when running, rucking, or doing CrossFit WODs. The vest accommodates 2 plates, with available sizes in pairs of 5.75, 8.75, and 14.5lbs to create a 14, 20, or 31lb weight vest, respectively. Customize your workout and train progressively.
