The XMark OX Series Adjustable FID Bench delivers everything you need in a premium flat, incline, decline bench. With 7 backrest positions (-20, 0, 20, 35, 50, 65, 85) and 3 seat angles (0, 15, 30), it adapts seamlessly to every liftfrom decline chest press to incline shoulder work.

This bench is constructed with 11-gauge 2″ x 3″ steel tubing and rated for a 1,500 lb capacity. Whether you’re training under heavy dumbbells or using it inside a power rack, the OX stays stable, firm, and smooth through every rep.

The OX combines our previous color-specific models into a single listing. The legacy SKUs for this bench are XM-7630 (silver) and XM-9010 (black)now offered as one bench with black or gray color options.

What’s the difference between the OX and previous models?
There is no difference in construction or functionjust the product name and color options. The OX replaces both XM-7630 and XM-9010 with one listing and lets you choose gray or black at checkout.

Is assembly required?
