Both Competition and Training Bars are constructed from quenched and tempered cold drawn, stress-relieved, high-tensile steel to ensure optimal strength and flexibility. The Olympic sleeves feature machine-finished ends with 8 needle bearings to minimize friction. They are precisely machined to a 1.975-inch diameter, designed to fit 2-inch Olympic plates. The bars are calibrated to meet Olympic standards and are color-coded accordingly.
