Both Competition and Training Bars are constructed from high tensile, stress-relieved, quenched and tempered cold drawn steel, ensuring maximum strength and flexibility. The Olympic sleeves feature 8 needle bearings for minimized friction and are precisely finished to a 1.975-inch diameter to fit 2-inch Olympic plates. These bars meet Olympic specifications and are color-coded for easy identification.
