The YORK signature design has replaced the outdated bolt and sleeve assembly. Each bar is crafted from North American steel with a minimum tensile strength of 170,000.

This bar offers less flexibility and greater rigidity, making it ideal for static, controlled movements such as squats, chest presses, and deadlifts. It’s also well-suited for Olympic lift training. The sleeves are securely attached to the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin, and they are precisely machined to a 1.975 diameter to fit 2 Olympic plates.
