The York Barbell FTS Flat Bench is ideal for targeting a wide range of muscles without the need to keep adjusting the position of your bench. Flat benches are very versatile and can be used to perform chest presses, flys, push ups, one-arm rows, abs exercises and so much more to target the chest, legs, arms, shoulders, core and back.

This bench features a thick padded cover for maximum comfort during your workout and a wide stable base with heavy duty construction for greater stability and safety.
