The YORK International Olympic Training Bar has a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSIafter heat treating. North American steel is used in the making of the bar. It is an excellent choice for Olympic Style movements. Needle bearings ensure a smooth consistent rotation. The sleeve is secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. Sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975 diameter to accommodate 2 Olympic Plates.
